SecureRent provides your landlord with a professional rent arrears guarantee covering a 3 year period from the tenancy start date. If you fall into arrears during the guarantee period, SecureMyTenancy will cover up to 12 months of rent arrears plus the legal expenses of eviction. You remain responsible for any arrears accrued and would be required to repay SecureMyTenancy.
