SecureMyTenancy provides tenancy guarantee products to UK tenants, designed to reduce upfront costs and provide landlords with financial protection. Our products are:
Replaces the traditional cash deposit, allowing tenants to pay a one-off fee equivalent to one week's rent instead of a large upfront deposit. The landlord receives equivalent protection to a traditional deposit.
Provides landlords with a professional rent arrears guarantee. Standard tenants receive a 3 year guarantee from the tenancy start date; if the tenant falls into arrears, SecureMyTenancy covers up to 12 months of rent arrears plus legal eviction expenses. Student tenants receive a 1 year guarantee on the same terms. This is a one-off fee product — no renewals or recurring charges.
Combines SecureDeposit and SecureRent into a single product, providing comprehensive protection for landlords and maximum flexibility for tenants.
Important: Our products are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are not insurance products. No protection is afforded under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
