These Agent Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Agent") and Fresh Approach Projects Ltd t/a SecureMyTenancy ("SecureMyTenancy", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Agent Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Terms cover agent authorisation and portal access, your obligations when submitting applications on behalf of tenants (including the tenant-choice obligation to present all available options), revenue share, data protection, confidentiality, limitation of liability, termination, and governing law.
